Meet Thu

Finding home
in the flavor.

Born in Nha Trang. Raised mostly in San Jose. Now building something new in Lynnwood.

01

A childhood between cultures

Thu came to the United States from Nha Trang, Vietnam, as a child and grew up mostly in San Jose, California. Vietnamese culture was around her, but its food and coffee weren’t yet the things she reached for.

02

Around eighteen, something changed

The flavors she once overlooked started to feel meaningful. Vietnamese food and coffee became favorites—and a way to reconnect with the place where her story began.

03

Returning to Vietnam

A recent trip through Vietnam brought the country’s food and coffee culture into focus. The warmth, pace, and everyday ritual of it transformed a longtime coffee-shop dream into a Vietnamese coffee stand.

04

The road ahead

Cà Phê Thu-Go brings bold Vietnamese coffee and warm breakfast bites to the Lynnwood community. Fast, friendly, authentic—just how Thu, known to her family as Bo, envisioned it.

Thu-Go fills the space between authentic Vietnamese flavor and everyday convenience: great coffee, fresh bánh mì, and genuinely warm service—without asking customers to slow down.

“Quick, warm, and full of the flavor I learned to love.”
